Wattle Hill is an family owned and operated, award winning olive grove nestled along the winding Tasmanian North West food trail.
We hand grow, pick and process our very own Extra Virgin Olive Oil using a unique mix of Spanish and French varieties which have been delicately blended together to create our renowned peppery yet lightly floral flavour.
Our distinct tasting notes are attributed to the combination of the organically rich soil paired with olives that are wholly sourced and hand harvested within our 21-acre provenance making them high in healthy polyphenolic antioxidants.
We pride ourselves on cold pressing our oils in small batches immediately after harvest where we have won over 30 awards including the prestigious Best Australian Robust Oil.
