Coomalong Estate's commitment to sustainable farming practices and natural, organic methods creates a unique flavour that regular customers appreciate.

Our olive trees have been able to mature naturally without forced irrigation, and we follow keyline farming principles.

All trees are planted along land contours to slow down water runoff and allow water to soak back into the dry land, offering unique growing conditions.

We grow Italian olive varieties - Corregiola and Frantoio. These produce a distinct and fully flavoured extra virgin olive oil. We also have Spanish varieties, which add a flavour fullness to the blend.Oil varieties include Correggiola, Arbequina, Frantoio, Koroneiki, Leccino, and Picual.

Table olive varieties include Kalamata and UC13A6.

We also supply 20L containers to restaurants and hotels, and smaller sizes to the discerning home consumer.
