We specialize in making single-varietal extra virgin olive oils. All our extra virgin olive oils are pressed and bottled on our family owned farm.
Varieties include Frantoio, Coratina, Leccino, Picholine, and one Picual, each with its unique oil aroma and tasting profile.
Where possible organic practices and principles are adopted in managing the grove and farm.
Our Mill Room houses a state-of-the-art, continuous process, Alfa Laval olive press.
