The Company uses only premium quality, 100% Australian grown olives, produced on our olive groves on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Varieties include Verdale, Correggiola, Frantoio, Kalamata, Koroneiki, Leccino, Manzanillo, Pendolino and Picual.
The Australian Olive Company uses the authentic and traditional, first cold press process for olive oil extraction, with minimum time between picking and pressing at their own processing plant.
