Laharum Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of our four varietals ~ Verdale, Benito, Boquettier and Manzanilla.
The grove was planted in 1943 and the trees have thrived in the region’s sandy loam. Never irrigated, the trees have had to fight for survival in the semi-arid climate, putting down very deep root systems to extract the moisture and nutrients required to produce fruit of great character. It is often said that olive trees under stress produce the best quality fruit.
