Varieties include Manzanillo, Frantoio, South Australian Verdale, Hardy Mammoth, Nervadillo Blanco, Kalamata and Tiny Oil Kalamata.
Harvesting and Processing Services
We offer contract batch olive processing services for extra virgin olive oil for small to medium growers. We also provide contract pressing and bottling. The facility includes a separate temperature controlled bottling area for small scale bottling (300-400 bottles/hr) and canning runs.
Plant and Capacity
The Rapanelli processing plant is setup to handle batches as small as 200kg through to continuous operation at between 600-750 kg/hr (Approx 6 tonne per day).
