Camilo extra virgin olive oils are certified under the Australian Extra Virgin Code of Practice.

Varieties include Barnea, Correggiola, Frantoio, Kalamata, Koroneiki, Pendolino, and Taggiasca.

As well as pressing their own olives, Camilo offers contract processing to other olive groves with a minimum of 100kg batches or commercial batches of up to 5 tonnes.

Contract bottling and filtering is also available.

As well as pressing our own olives, Camilo offers contract processing to outside groves! Because we run two processing plants, Camilo is capable of pressing batches as small as 100kgs, or larger commercial batches of approximately five tonnes per day.
