Camilo extra virgin olive oils are certified under the Australian Extra Virgin Code of Practice.
Varieties include Barnea, Correggiola, Frantoio, Kalamata, Koroneiki, Pendolino, and Taggiasca.
As well as pressing their own olives, Camilo offers contract processing to other olive groves with a minimum of 100kg batches or commercial batches of up to 5 tonnes.
Contract bottling and filtering is also available.
